Paige
Paige was born and raised in Petaluma, California, before moving to Los Angeles to attend UCLA. Her mother works as a hospital project manager, and her father is an IT consultant. Both of her parents instilled in her the importance of service and giving back from an early age. Paige also grew up alongside her childhood dog, a yellow Labrador.
Paige is currently an undergraduate student at UCLA, majoring in Biology and minoring in Disability Studies. After graduation, she plans to attend medical school and is interested in pursuing a career in anesthesiology. She hopes to bring her passion for equity and inclusion into the healthcare field.
Paige’s interest in disability advocacy began in high school, when she volunteered with Special Olympics and Miracle League North Bay. She is now a member of UCLA’s Special Patient Care Initiative and also volunteers with Cedars-Sinai’s Transforming Care at the Bedside program. In her free time, Paige enjoys swimming and hiking with friends.
Paige is thrilled to join Level Up as a Direct Support Professional. She looks forward to learning from others, building meaningful relationships, and giving back to the UCLA community.
